Well Earned Customer Terms
Effective date: 16 February 2026
These Customer Terms (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Well Earned customer portal and related services (the “Service”) provided by Codingbadger Creative Limited (company number: 16896863) (“Well Earned”, “we”, “us”).
The Service helps you connect eligible accounts (for example, Strava) and view potential and earned rewards offered by participating merchants (“Merchants”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Key Points
- Rewards are provided by Merchants. Well Earned does not fund, issue, guarantee, or redeem rewards.
- Rewards are promotional benefits. They are typically discounts or store credit with no cash value.
- Eligibility depends on Merchant rules. Tracking windows, exclusions, caps, and redemption limits vary per Merchant.
2. Definitions
- Customer / you: the individual using the customer portal.
- Merchant: a store or brand participating in Well Earned that offers rewards.
- Reward: a Merchant-funded discount, credit, or other benefit you may be able to redeem.
- Activity Data: information from connected services (e.g. Strava) used to determine eligibility.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Rewards eligibility depends on Merchant rules and may include requirements such as: completing an order, activity types, minimum thresholds, time windows, exclusions (e.g. shipping/taxes), and maximum redemption limits.
Merchants may change their rules or withdraw from the programme. Where possible, we will reflect current rules in the portal.
4. Connecting Third-Party Services (e.g. Strava)
If you connect a third-party service, you authorise Well Earned to access and process the data you permit via that service (for example, activity summaries) to provide the Service.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or the accuracy of third-party data.
5. Rewards and Redemption
Merchant-funded and Merchant-issued. Rewards are offered, funded, and honoured by Merchants. Any questions about whether a Reward is accepted at checkout, product exclusions, refunds, shipping, or order issues should be directed to the Merchant.
No cash value. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable unless a Merchant explicitly states otherwise.
Expiry and adjustments. Rewards may expire, be limited, or be adjusted by a Merchant (for example, if an order is refunded, cancelled, or deemed ineligible). Fraud or misuse may result in removal of Rewards and/or account suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information or attempt to manipulate activity data.
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes (including creating multiple accounts to gain Rewards).
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data: Privacy Policy.
Merchants may also process your data under their own privacy policies when you shop with them or redeem rewards.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for security and to provide the Service. See: Cookie Policy.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your use creates security, fraud, or legal risk; or (c) we are required to do so by law or a Platform.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting linked services and ceasing use of the portal.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Rewards disclaimer. Well Earned is a technology provider only. We do not control Merchant checkout systems, fulfilment, product availability, pricing, or Merchant decisions. Rewards are provided by Merchants and may be subject to Merchant terms, limits, and eligibility rules.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed £100.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g. within the portal). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
